AUSTIN (CN) - Upsher-Smith Laboratories and Forest Laboratories will pay Texas $10.9 million to settle claims they inflated the prices of Medicaid drugs. Upsher will pay $7.9 million and Forest and its subsidiary Inwood Laboratories will pay $3 million, the Attorney General's Office said. The drug companies also will pay $1.1 million for attorneys' fees. They deny that they did anything wrong.
