NEVADA CITY, Calif. (CN) - Retired general and legendary pilot Chuck Yeager is suing the attorney who represented him in a misappropriation of name lawsuit against AT&T, claiming the attorney also misappropriated his name, by mentioning him on the firm's website.     Since 2008, Courthouse News has reported on five lawsuits by Yeager against various companies for violation of his publicity rights. In addition to AT&T, defendants have included Advanced Micro Devices, Bowlin & Associates, Fort Knox Security Products and Virgin Airlines.     Courthouse News reported that Yeager lost the case against Bowlin & Associates, an autograph company, because he was unable answer 185 questions in a deposition and missed a statute of limitations.     Yeager is representing himself in the new case against attorney Peter Holt.
